[Jiangxi Special Electric Motor: Actual Controller Changed to Wang Xin and Zhu Jun; Stock to Resume Trading Tomorrow] Jiangxi Special Electric Motor announced that Zhu Jun and Lu Shunmin, the company's actual controllers, signed an "Equity Transfer Agreement" with Beijing Wubai Yingli Technology Co., Ltd., transferring a combined 50% stake in Jiangxi Jiangte Industrial Co., Ltd. held by Zhu Jun and Lu Shunmin to Wubai Yingli Technology. After the transfer, Wubai Yingli Technology holds a 50% stake in Jiangte Industrial, while Zhu Jun and Lu Shunmin each hold a 25% stake. Meanwhile, Wang Xin, the controlling shareholder of Wubai Yingli Technology, and Zhu Jun signed a "Concerted Action Agreement," and Lu Shunmin and Zhu Jun signed a "Voting Rights Entrustment Agreement." Upon completion of this equity change, the company's actual controllers changed from "Zhu Jun and Lu Shunmin" to "Wang Xin and Zhu Jun." During the voting rights entrustment period, Lu Shunmin and Zhu Jun will form a concerted action relationship. The company's stock will resume trading from the opening of the market on July 29, 2025.
